Présentation
A travers mes expériences dans l’analyse des matériaux du patrimoine, j’ai développé un intérêt et une expertise dans les trois thématiques suivantes :
1) application corrélée de techniques spectroscopiques pour l’étude de matériaux complexes et structurés (à l’échelle macroscopique et micrométrique),
2) développement de méthodologies et instrumentations innovantes répondant aux contraintes imposées par l’analyse des matériaux du patrimoine (e.g. accès, temps, photosensibilité), et
3) amélioration des approches de traitement de données hyperspectrales, prenant en compte les interactions lumière/pigments dans les couches picturales notamment.
Mes recherches m’ont permis d’appliquer ces développements analytiques à des problématiques variées concernant la dégradation de support peints (de l’Antiquité à nos jours), et polymères contemporains, ainsi qu’à la création et fabrication de sculptures artistiques métalliques (20e siècle), de verres et céramiques provenant de contextes archéologiques variés (du Moyen-Age à l’époque Moderne), de manuscrits médiévaux, et divers supports peints.
